Arriving at this hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities and a comfortable bed. the restaurant had delicious in-room breakfast and special diet menus. the location benefits were fantastic for exploring the city.

We did experience a minor issue with the spa lounge being less than peaceful, with some noise drifting from the bar/lounge area. this hotel provided an exceptional luxury stay, and we will definitely return.

We had a great time at the Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, close to the city center and the main train station. We especially enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel, which offered delicious food and a great atmosphere. it was a fantastic experience.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Had an excellent stay here. Fairly clean hotel, services were great and location was beautiful near the train station. The staff were accommodating and affable in case of questions. The breakfast was fine, the check in was early.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a great time. The location was perfect - just outside the main busy area but only a short walk to the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Serena Oprea who gave us great recommendations on places to visit. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views of the river. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

One negative aspect was the high prices for amenities like bottled water.

There were experienced staff, savoury breakfast. The room there was impressive and the bed was extremely comfy. Very lovely stay in really comfortable area. Again, it was within walking distance of a nice quiet park and other sights in Zurich.

The staff was proactive and the service was EXCELLENT, so it was great stay. Our rooms were light and impeccable. Everything was great as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was not very clean.

During our stay at the Zurich Marriott Hotel, we had an excellent breakfast experience. The spread was extensive, offering a variety of hot and cold items that were both delicious and satisfying. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, the warm and efficient service provided by the staff made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Zurich for a business trip, and I was impressed with several aspects of my stay. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The dining options were outstanding, with a choice between delicious Thai and Swiss cuisine. The breakfast in the restaurant was top-notch, and the elegant Swiss-style decor added to the pleasant ambiance. Additionally, I was thrilled to be upgraded to the Panoramic Suite on the 39th floor, which offered breathtaking views of the city.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Although it's a bit of a walk to the city center, it's convenient for those coming by bus or train. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, while the staff provides prompt service. The staffs are friendly, polite, and charming. The cleanliness is amazing. The design is modern and decorated with sculptures. There are two delicious restaurants. The Thai food is fresh and tasty. The bar staff is lovely and sweet. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The view of the river is lovely. The location is great.

Great service from the staff, especially Yasmin who went above and beyond to assist us. the electronic key system was efficient and hassle-free. Two on-site restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, although one had slow service and average food quality.

The shower in the room was horrible with low water pressure and difficulties in adjusting the temperature. Breakfast was average and lacked variety.
